Shamrock Trading Company Tower Two

JE Dunn completed the first new office building for Shamrock Trading Corporation East Campus on 34 acres in Overland Park, Kansas in 2020. A testament to a positive and collaborative team effort, JE Dunn was selected to complete the Phase 2 office tower in 2022.

Tower two is a twelve-story, 418,000-square-foot office building is connected to tower one by a one-story 30,000-square-foot link building. In phase 2, levels 1-4 tenant improvement were completed along with the link tenant improvement. The link elements include a commercial kitchen with 5 restaurant stations, dining area, training rooms, gathering spaces for company events and presentations, an additional 30,000-square-foot roof top amenity deck with firepits, fireplace, heaters, giant chess board and other games. The executive floor includes a fitness center, gas fireplace among multiple gathering and meeting spaces, and separate parking structure with 15 spaces. Chillers, pumps, and cooling towers were added to the existing CUP. A 6-level, 1900-space precast parking structure and 680 surface parking was also constructed.
