Prefabrication is a strategic advantage built into our project delivery. By identifying opportunities early and evaluating project potential, we leverage in-house expertise to integrate prefab into design and construction. This approach improves predictability, enhances safety, accelerates schedules, and delivers higher quality with greater cost certainty.
Our experts and trusted design-assist partners proactively plan for complex prefab components, using Virtual Design and Construction to visualize and verify constructability, reduce the risk of costly redesigns, and integrate prefab into the master schedule to maximize efficiency and safety. Early integration of prefab helps clients address labor and supply chain risks, maximize project timelines, and ensure consistent, high-quality results.
At JE Dunn, prefabrication brings people, process, and technology together. Our internal team has built a highly qualified network of partners across hundreds of projects. We distill complex workflows into repeatable processes, and manage change through our prefab project management platform.
We collaborate with high-performing teams to optimize design, maximize schedule efficiency, and make the best use of available resources. Prefab is applied strategically, focusing on areas where it can deliver the most value, such as projects with repeatable components, collaborative delivery models, or early buy-out potential.
